Personal Care Aides (PCA) employed by Great Lakes at Home Care, Inc., are a highly regarded staff who care for and serve clients in Northwest Indiana (Lake and Porter Counties) who need extra support to remain in their homes.  The right PCAs work with the elderly, disabled, veterans and intellectually disabled clients to ensure support of an exceptionally high quality of life for our clients.  The position entails staff who provide non-medical care to the client in the client's home, community or work site, rather than in a skilled nursing facility. The right applicant is honest, has integrity, is punctual and dependable, is accountable, uses good judgment, demonstrates respect, decency and puts the client first.  PCAs are an essential component of non-medical in-home care.  See our website for a preliminary application.  Shift documentation is required. Client first training will be provided.
