    • Monitor and manage the owner’s email inbox, responding to urgent messages and prioritizing correspondence.

    • Run office-related errands and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

    • Track expenses and receipts, preparing documentation for accounting purposes.

    • Create high-quality documents and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    • Conduct research and compile information to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.

    • Assist in planning and executing administrative projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.

    • Provide personal support, including booking travel arrangements and managing logistics when required.

    • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is efficient and well-stocked.

    • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant in a detail-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience with basic expense tracking or accounting preparation is preferred.
