    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure smooth operation of all IT functions, including telephone and network connectivity for all company locations.
    • Implement and maintain appropriate security measures, processes, and procedures to protect business assets.
    • Manage controls and governance of technology platforms and ownership of policies and procedures relating to information technology.
    • Participate in the selection, implementation, and management of 3rd party vendor relationships for information technology.
    • Demonstrable experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in IT
    • Proficiency in using Cisco Technologies
    • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
    • Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies
    • Proficiency in Dell Technologies and Firewall Technologies
    • Knowledge of AB Testing and Active Directory
    • Experience with Backup Technologies
    • Ability to perform Cluster Analysis
    • Expertise in handling Computer Hardware

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
