On Call Clinicians Seeks Passionate Occupational Therapist for Homecare!
Do you thrive in an independent work environment and want to make a real difference in people's lives?
On Call Clinicians is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide exceptional care to homebound patients in the Metro Twin Cities area.
In this part-time, flexible role (with potential for increased hours!), you will:
Work independently on your own schedule, creating flexibility in your workday. See as many patients as you choose, allowing you to tailor your workload to your preferences. Utilize your expert occupational therapy skills to assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), manage dementia care, and address other related issues. Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure patients receive the best possible care. Make a significant impact on the lives of your patients, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Qualifications:
Valid Minnesota Occupational Therapy License. Strong clinical skills in ADL assessment and intervention, dementia care, and home safety modifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and caregivers. A passion for patient-centered care and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the Metro Twin Cities area.
