    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare briefing materials for meetings or presentations, as needed.
    • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Manage document distribution, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.
    • Assist with administrative tasks related to organizational projects, including planning, tracking progress, and compiling deliverables.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, keep communal areas organized, and support office operation needs.
    • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams as needed for office functionality improvements.
    • Update databases, generate reports, and maintain project-specific files.
    • Compile and analyze administrative data to support decision-making.
    • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, or partners on behalf of executives or the company.
    • Handle inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.


    • 3–5 years of experience in administrative roles, with at least 1–2 years supporting senior leadership or executives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, but equivalent work experience will be considered.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Knowledge of administrative tools and scheduling software; familiarity with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
