Job Description
The maintenance person is responsible for performing regular maintenance checks regarding the general upkeep of the property, in addition to performing routine maintenance and small repairs, plus the ability to work with outside contractors for extensive maintenance and repairs. This is a flexible job regarding the number of days/hours per week. Experience without formal education considered. Certificates a plus. Background check; reserve the right to drug screen.
