Your Responsibilities!

• Expected Behaviors:  Creative, proactive and initiator with proven track record and not just being 'task' oriented.
• Maintain all written intake/ inquiries from potential clients. Including follow-up with referral sources.
• Manage active intakes and bring closure to list of potential patients.
• Data Integrity: Populate, edit, and ensure the accuracy of contact details in our CRM system
• Immerse yourself in the vast CRM social media capabilities & execute email drip-campaigns.
• Immerse yourself into SOCI platform to promote social media posts and campaigns on a weekly basis.
• Create and post weekly social media posts to LinkedIn, FB, and potentially other platforms (SOCI for example) by highlighting new field staff; upcoming events for referral sources; highlighting national healthcare days or weeks (National nurses week; Nat'l Assisted Living week, etc.) plus our own BrightStar Care standard templates to promote our services.
• Achieve positive Google reviews from current & past clients
• Assist Owner/V.P. of Business Development in coordinating/planning of events related to continuing education
• Execute local and corporate BrightStar Care marketing plans on direct mail campaigns.
• Coordinate and contract with third party service providers of professional lists and contacts to target market our direct mail campaigns
• Some opportunities for you to attend local elderly/senior or pediatric health fairs and special local events during week to promote BrightStar Care.
