As a Product Manager for Kinetic (Windstream’s B2C brand) you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of software platforms to create, manage, and publish marketing content to the web, including ecommerce funnels. You will help define the product strategy, understand user needs, produce roadmaps and coordinate with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our front-end web applications are capturing the necessary analytics data to inform product strategies and decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
· Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap for the browse and order path website use cases, aligning them with the company's goals and market needs. Your scope may also grow to include other internal and workflow applications over time.
· Collaborate with two senior Product Management professionals to define and develop new features and enhancements that support various marketing product initiatives.
· Conduct market research to understand user needs, competitor products, and emerging trends.
· Gather and prioritize internal user requirements through user feedback, surveys, and analysis of usage data.
· Collaborate with development teams to build features and functionality for the website, ensuring they are of high quality and meet user needs and market demands.
· Plan, coordinate, and oversee the development process, including defining project timelines, allocating resources, and managing risks.
· Ensure the website offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface, working closely with UX designers to create a positive internal and external user experience.
· Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the CMS product and front-end data instrumentation are free of bugs and glitches.
· Plan and execute product launches, including documentation and user training.
· Establish mechanisms for collecting user feedback and monitoring the product's performance post-launch to make continuous improvements.
· Create and maintain product documentation, user guides, and support materials.
· Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment.
· Ensure the website adheres to relevant compliance and security standards, especially in cases where sensitive data is involved.
· Create new web page templates and landing pages in the Contentful CMS.
Do You Have:
· Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the software industry.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in software product/project management with at least three years as a product manager overseeing web products in a media or marketing environment.
· Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with a modern CMS strongly preferred.
· Strong background supporting a Marketing organization’s needs, including rapid landing page development, SEO, optimizing subscription funnels and consistent AB testing.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct senior team-level presentations.
· Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
· Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
· Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and technology trends.

The starting compensation range for this job is $89,300 to $117,200. Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate's primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience,
