We're looking for a skilled Facilities Maintenance Handyman/Carpenter to join our team and help maintain the beauty and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in carpentry, plumbing and electrical. You will be responsible for leading a team of laborers in constructing, installing, repairing and maintain multiple properties in Richfield Springs including The Lake House Restaurant & Lodge; & Baseball Hotel.
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman/Carpenter to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior and exterior of the Lodge. You will be responsible for addressing maintenance issues and performing necessary repairs. *LODGING AVAILABLE*<p>
