    • <p>We are looking for an experienced IT Sourcing & Contracts Manager to oversee the development, negotiation, and management of complex contracts for a variety of IT-related projects for a large client in the construction industry. This is a long-term contract position based in Westerville, Ohio, requiring strong skills in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and deliver value for the organization.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft, negotiate, and manage various types of contracts, including Master Supplier Agreements, Subcontractor Agreements, License Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Purchase Orders (POs).</p><p>• Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.</p><p>• Lead the contract red-lining process, ensuring alignment with legal, business, and vendor needs.</p><p>• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit competitive proposals for state and local government clients.</p><p>• Manage procurement contracts from initiation to execution, resolving contract-related issues and ensuring compliance with agreed terms.</p><p>• Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives for major IT procurement projects, including vendor vetting and selection.</p><p>• Drive contract negotiations to secure favorable terms, mitigate risks, and maximize value for the organization.</p><p>• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and internal stakeholders in achieving project goals.</p><p>• Implement best practices for contract management and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p>
