You’ll serve as an escalation point for Tier I support and help resolve more complex technical issues in a Windows-based environment. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, great communication, and the ability to work independently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as Tier II escalation for end-user technical issues
    • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and software issues
    • Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and basic to intermediate networking
    • Assist with imaging, deployment, and configuration of devices
    • Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base

    2–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role

    Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory

    Experience with network printers, file shares, VPNs, and basic scripting (PowerShell a plus)

    Understanding of ITIL practices and service ticket workflows
