Resource Management:
  • Manage program budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within financial constraints.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to monitor expenses, allocate resources, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and funding requirements related to resource management.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and families of the youth in the programs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness, align services with community needs, and advocate for the well-being of clients.
