| Job Description: |
We are looking for a dedicated Mill machine operator to join our 2nd shift team! This is a great opportunity to work in a stable and growing company with long-term customers, a clean shop, and newer equipment. If you have machining experience and are looking for a position with room for advancement, apply today!
Location: Blaine, MN
Wage: $18 - $20/hr. (based on experience)
Hours: 4:00 pm – 2:30 am, Monday – Thursday (OT available on Fridays)

Duties of the Mill machine operator:
Operate and monitor mill machines for efficient production
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety guidelines
Requirements of the Mill machine operator:
Previous experience in a machining or manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
