Description

Comunilife Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist its Care Coordination Program. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide frontline administrative support to the Program  Director, and ancillary support relevant to day to day operations of the program site. Essential Duties:
  • Data Entry: 
  • Petty Cash Processing: Compiles receipts, calculates totals and completes form submitted for program  reimbursement. 
  • Fiscal Recordkeeping: Responsible for maintaining orderly, well organized files 
  • Procurement: Processes online office supply orders; conducts follow up on backorders and/or return  of incorrect items. 
  • Create and maintain tracking systems on client engagement– using data from the Care Management system.
  • Outreach: Places calls to schedule [telephonic] interviews for program with clients enrolled in program
  • Arrange site visits and coordinate with various Comunilife housing programs. 
  • Client Engagement: Participates and assists with program activities, including set up, circulation of  notifications and outreach. 

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirement(s)
Associate's Degree with three (3) years of relevant  experience required.  Ability to Work Collaboratively in a Team Environment. Professionalism & Reliability. 
Must be computer literate and able to type 40-45 WPM. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications  including Word & Excel a plus.
