A wealth management firm in Wichita seeks a talented and professional administrative assistant to join a fast-paced team.
We are a full service financial planning and investment advisory firm. Our advisors provide portfolio management and comprehensive financial planning services.
We are energetic, collaborative and totally client service-focused. Our clients come first. We expect top performance and a can-do, committed attitude from all team members. Did I mention it was fast-paced?
This position will provide support to the Office Manager, Branch Manager and the Financial Advisors in the areas of administration, business processing and client service. The successful candidate must be results driven and will possess strong clerical, organizational, communication, computer and customer service skills. They will also be a self-starter having strong initiative, strong attention to detail and excellent follow through skills. A background in some area of the financial services industry is a plus.
