As a Senior Recruiter for our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key contributor in shaping our direction for, managing and supporting the delivery of hiring for F5s early career initiatives to ensure we attract and hire quality and diverse talent. This role will primarily manage US-based Intern and New College Graduate roles. This role will also have the opportunity to either own or contribute to future early career talent initiatives as these grow and scale. This exciting and impactful role is part of F5s Global Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. The role is based in Seattle and would require hybrid working (30 office days per quarter) and include some travel to attend events and activities to support our hiring.
Day to Day, you will:
Formulate and deliver the strategies to deliver a first-class Intern cohort and their candidate experience for F5 to attract and convert future talent.
Support the development of the Engineering Intern and New College Graduation headcount plan and associated approvals, including specific jobs, locations and their conversion roles. Support the same for other business groups as required.
Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers, including to agree Intern and conversion roles, location and selection information.
Devise sourcing methodologies and recruiting collateral that drives an inclusive and quality candidate pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with Universities and HBCUs, diversity conference partners and other third parties.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process from headcount confirmation and requisition through to offer closing/acceptance and other related pre-onboarding items. This will typically include: hiring manager intake briefings, interviewer training, candidate screening and management, facilitating interview event debriefs, and managing the offer process. Partner with our Intern Program Manager on pre-onboarding and post-internship conversion.
Maintain external insights on early career hiring best practices and competitor/market analysis to help F5 position as an early career employer of choice.
Plan, organize and own the delivery of recruiting events including canvassing F5 representation and budget management.
Support the budget planning process and tracking for attraction, sourcing and hiring activities.
Collaborate with Employee Inclusion Groups and other stakeholders. Build supporting relationships and regular touch points and be recognized as a point of contact.
Report on metrics for recruiting and analysis to support findings and recommendations.
Be recognized as a point of contact for US early career hiring, and act as an escalation point for queries from stakeholders, candidates and other team members.
Provide guidance to and partnership with other team members and education to managers on early career best practices.
Our role description will evolve to reflect new initiatives and programs in the US. This role will report to the Senior Manager, of Global Early Careers.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience. Essential is a demonstrated track record in University/HBCU hiring into the tech sector in the US, and especially for engineering cohorts.
Experience of other early career and diversity hiring initiatives in the tech sector in the US would be an advantage.
Demonstrated successful experience of delivering impactful University hiring at scale and pace is required.
Good awareness of external market and competitor insights.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence effectively and concisely.
Strong analytical skills are required, including the ability to analyze multiple sources of data and make actionable recommendations.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Authorization to live and work in the US.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is: $115759,00 - $173639,00
F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
