Pay: $25.00 - $33.25/HR Permanent Position with Benefits

12 Hour Shifts - 3 ON - 2 OFF
Shift/Hourly Rate: Shift 7am-7pm $25.00-$30.25
Shift/Hourly Rate: Shift 7pm-7am $28.00-$33.25
*Sign On Bonus of $2500 payable after 90 days

Akron Area Company is seeking a Process Technician with Blow Mold processing experience that will ensure quality standards are met while maintaining multiple machines involved in the production of blow molded parts. Key responsibilities include the operating of precision measuring equipment and interpreting drawings. Performs mold and color changes to meet scheduling requirements. Establishes/Records/Maintains machine process parameters to mold parts that meet quality specifications. Responsible for inspecting machinery to insure all safety features are working properly.

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ideally 5-7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have 4-5 years prior experience as a blow-molding process technician.
• Must complete all OSHA required training.
• M Computer knowledge is necessary.
• Experience interpreting a variety of gauges and measurement instrumentation.
• Must have good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must have good math skills.
• Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
• Must be self-motivated.
• High level of safety awareness.
