Applying in person is preferred, but applicants may also apply through our website or through AlabamaWorks. To be considered, applicants, including staff referrals, must answer question set response. NO phone calls to office. Job will consist of using painting and sandblasting equipment in the painting of water storage tanks. TRAVEL IS REQUIRED. All applicants MUST be able to travel overnight regularly and stay out of town throughout the week (some weekends required).  Employees are required to work at heights ranging from 30 to 100+ feet in all types of reasonable weather. Employee will ride in company vehicle to sites.

Must pass a pre-hire drug test and physical. We test for numerous drugs, including marijuana. Skills training such as welding, OSHA, forklift, CDL, or safety is a plus (applicants should list all painting and construction experience on application/resume). All new hires will be required to complete 'in house' safety training prior to job start. 

In addition to wages, employees are given $200/week per diem for expenses. Drug screenings are paid for by the company; employees will only be made responsible for cost if their employment ends within 90 days.

During the interview, some questions the employer asks will be if applicants are on probation, on any type of color code drug screening, or have any felonies or court dates. These answers will not necessarily prevent employment, as ALL applicants are considered for employment.
