Reporting to a sales support manager, you will research sales contracts, make price quotations, and maintain process integrity for a variety of administrative tasks. You Have

  • 2+ years of experience in Support role

  • 2+ years working in a call center environment

  • Knowledge of Microsoft products

  • Have necessary skills for email, phone and video communication

  • Handle confidential information with complete integrity

  • Experience in administrative tasks, organization of detailed work materials, and prioritizing deadlines

  • Accustomed to identifying and recommending corrective action for moderately complex issues

  • Experience following scripts and processes according to contractual agreements

  • Experience learning new technology and data

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with multiple technology platforms and navigating multiple screens

  • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. central standard time.

You Will

  • Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations

  • Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications to support sales teams

  • Work within a few sources of data/systems to produce an outcome with some variability

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and trainings

  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of company activities and industry trends

  • Provide follow up on opportunities or inquiries

  • Work with customers in person, by phone, email, or live chat to help diagnose problems and research information about the use of a product or service

  • Troubleshoot problems and assist customers to understand why a product is notworking or service is not meeting expectations

  • Identify and summarize moderately complex issues for management review

  • Enter and maintain all necessary data and information to remain compliant with all FDA requirements.

  • Work with customers by phone or email to help diagnose problems and research information about the use of a product or service

  • Other responsibilities, as assigned
