Transition & Sourcing Manager

We are looking for:

  • A highly motivated individual to manage the relationship with the IT shared service provider to oversee changes, disputes, and TSA (Transition Service Agreements) termination and to build, implement, and assume the sourcing of third-party key suppliers as our Transition & Sourcing Manager.

We count on you for:

  • Ensure delivery of transition services and maintain up-to-date TSA documentation.
  • Monitor shared service providers, meet SLAs and financial goals for transition services, and ensure invoice payment conforms to TSA.
  • Develop relationships with shared service stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Manage disputes and incidents, and proactively escalate when necessary.
  • Coordinate changes to TSA, oversee approval process, and align IT roadmaps.
  • Plan and structure the service exit process with the shared service provider and align with the internal roadmap team.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer at the end of TSA.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy for digital & IT strategy in alignment with business strategy.
  • Develop IT vendor management expertise and evaluate key suppliers.
  • Coordinate stakeholders during the RFP/contract preparation process and participate in contract term negotiations.

You will bring:

  • Strong job experience in similar roles
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field of study
  • Ideally procurement or finance background with IT focus, similar and relevant experience interesting as well
