Job Summary
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is looking to hire experienced full-time NAs, CNAs, RNs and LPNs for our Kaneohe Facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this individual contributor role, our employees will work as part of an interprofessional team to deliver exceptional patient care. Candidates should have experience in the healthcare or medical field, with knowledge of applicable protocols and best practices.

Responsibilities
* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, implementation of care plans, and monitoring the patient’s condition
* Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care outcomes
* Follow all applicable protocols, laws, and regulations
* Participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
* RN, LPN, CNA, or NA licensure and certification
* Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to keep accurate records and utilize resources effectively
* Knowledge of medical terminology, nursing processes, and clinical procedures
