of business, IT, financial, and communication skills, our Director of IT
PMO is responsible for defining and enabling the enterprise,
operational, and cultural components that drive the successful execution
of our IT portfolio. This is a highly visible position with substantial
impact. This role will help define and build Boldt\'s Enterprise Agile
strategies, and then work with all levels of the organization to affect
positive, sustainable change. We\'re counting on our Director of IT PMO
to drive execution of strategy through collaboration with peers and to
support the implementation and management of productivity tools to
measurably improve performance as well as integrate constantly changing
dynamics into an evolving enterprise methodology and delivery practice.
Success in this role is demonstrated by building the best-in-class
delivery assurance required at the enterprise level, implementing and
maintaining various methods and practices around provisioning
capabilities into the business, as well as measurably improving the
