Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Housing Manager to join our growing team!
Woodbury Estates and Woodbury Villa are in Woodbury, MN right next door to Woodbury Senior High School. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently for over 25 years in our gorgeous apartment style communities providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Our Senior Living Housing Managers become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.
In this position, you and the Executive Director will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with customer needs, government regulations, and company policy and procedure, with the focus of maintaining excellent care for the residents/tenants while achieving the community's business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Post Secondary Education with a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience in marketing, sales, and/or advertising.
Minimum of two years management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care.
