Note: This role will require relocation to Saudi Arabia before the end of 2024 (details and specific date to be defined).
As a Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will partner with the Sales team to nurture a deal from inception to close, marshal internal solution-related resources and become a trusted advisor to our customers when it comes to technology solutions to business problems. You will also get involved with pipeline generation activities like events & conferences and work closely with Adobe partners in the Middle East.

We are seeking a Cloud Solution Consultant with leadership qualities, deep knowledge of Customer & Digital Experience solutions and experience with the Middle East region.
What you need to succeed
A solid background in Customer Experience across data, content, marketing automation and other technologies.
Experience working in the technology sector in the Middle East (primarily Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar & Kuwait) with strong existing network in the region is advantageous.
Excellent business and technology discovery skills with ability to listen, assess, dissect and solve problems.
Ability to curate comprehensive solutions using digital experience technologies that align with customer objectives and deliver value
Experience in leading internal team of experts to bring solutions to life for the customer
Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to customers and ability to articulate business value delivered by Adobe solutions
Previous experience in mentoring, coaching and training new starters and junior team members.
Strong history of successfully navigating customer challenges to resolution
Good network within the Middle East region and ability to work closely with Adobe partners on customer sales opportunities, enablement & industry events
Experience as a subject matter expert on CX solutions, effectively communicating their value and benefits to clients.
Outstanding presentation & communication skills (both verbal and written), including storytelling.
Project management skills to orchestrate internal resources across the deal cycle
Knowledge of effective sales & demo methodologies
Strong history of sales quota or customer success metric attainment and achievement.
Proven experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and responsible professional who is passionate about exceeding expectations
Pro-active attitude for driving change and innovation for customers and at Adobe
Curiosity and continuous enablement mindset to stay on top of latest product releases and industry trends
Strong understanding of the business landscape, culture, and dynamics in the Middle East market.
Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed and up to 50%
Relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the end of FY24.
