JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized, award-winning
professional services consulting firm, is experiencing unprecedented
growth, and we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time process
engineer. This position will work out of our West Allis (Milwaukee area)
office. Responsibilities include: Creating process mechanical
engineering designs (concept, preliminary, detailed) Performing mass and
energy balances Performing hydraulic calculations and pump sizing
Performing equipment specification and proposal solicitation Developing
equipment layout drawings Developing scopes of work and project
specifications Creating project schedules Attending client meetings
Soliciting contractor bids Conducting periodic construction site
inspections Performing onsite commissioning tasks Travel will be
required The successful candidate must have all of the following:
Bachelor\'s degree (or higher) in mechanical, chemical or related degree
At least two years (3 years preferred) of relevant engineering design
experience The ideal candidate will have experience in any/all of the
following: Designing process systems for food processing facilities or
other similar industrial/pharmaceutical facilities Knowledge of hygienic
design including clean-in-place Three or more years of experience
Experience specifying pumps, valves, and instruments AutoCAD drafting
experience Creating specification and project scope or work contract
documents Construction and/or commissioning experience If you have
strong communication and organizational skills, are self-motivated, and
can work well both independently and as part of a team, complete the
