The iconic Beverly Hilton is looking for a Senior Banquet Chef to join this talented culinary team!

This Forbes 4-Star hotel has over 500 rooms, 60,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes 1 restaurant, a lounge, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will oversee the banquet kitchen managing a team of 15-20 and reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef
Classification: Full-Time
Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate: The annual salary for this role is $110,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent culinarian and leader with a passion for creating unique experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and the ability to inspire innovation. At least two (2) years’ experience as a Banquet Chef with a background in high-volume and upscale events is required. Prior union experience is a plus.
