Job Summary
A position is available immediately for a postdoctoral researcher in theoretical/computational biophysics and biochemistry in the lab of G. Andrés Cisneros in the Departments of Physics, and Chemistry & Biochemistry at the University of Texas at Dallas. We are looking for a creative, independent and highly motivated individual to work on the development of QM/MM software with advanced polarizable potentials, applications of molecular modeling to biomolecular systems and covalent organic frameworks.
Minimum Education and Experience

Ph.D in a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Biophysics, Chemistry, Physics or related field. A strong background in computational/theoretical molecular simulations (e.g. electronic structure theory, computer simulations, stat. mech.) and programming skills are essential. Software development and maintenance, methods/algorithms development, computational simulations, mentoring of junior group members.
