    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Riviera Beach, Florida. This role will play a vital part in overseeing accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) management, month-end close activities, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in job costing, reconciliations, and manufacturing cost accounting.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee and evaluate Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.<br>• Manage month-end close activities, including journal entries, adjustments, and accruals.<br>• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.<br>• Conduct detailed account reconciliations, including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.<br>• Track and monitor project costs, providing insights and recommendations for financial efficiency.<br>• Utilize advanced accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics for accurate financial management.<br>• Collaborate with team members to address ad hoc accounting tasks and support organizational goals.<br>• Ensure proper handling of job costing processes within a manufacturing environment.<br>• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.<br>• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department to streamline processes.
