    In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer onboarding, application processing, and servicing efficiency for a financial client. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about using data to improve processes and outcomes in a lending operations setting.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed pricing analyses for direct mail, digital, and partner channels to understand customer response, profitability, and conversion trends.
    • Build and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor the performance of pricing and offers in marketing campaigns.
    • Develop test-and-learn pricing strategies by designing experiments, analyzing results, and identifying actionable insights.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, data science, and finance teams to ensure pricing decisions align with customer value and overall business objectives.
    • Automate workflows to enhance offer targeting, pricing accuracy, and operational efficiency utilizing tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
    • Prepare and maintain documentation and controls for pricing logic, segmentation rules, and automation processes.



    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, pricing analytics, or performance reporting, ideally within financial services or digital marketing.
    • Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) to extract and automate data processes.
    • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, A/B testing methodologies, and ROI measurement.
    • Familiarity with cloud data environments like Snowflake or AWS Redshift is a plus.
    • Ability to analyze Marketing P& L to ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability targets.


    Remote candidates will be considered, but client's preference is a local candidate to Chicago.
