Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Revit and AutoCAD layout and modeling for buildings,
equipment foundations, pipe supports, sewer structures, and other
structures. Coordinating design closely with structural engineer
discipline leads and engineering in team environment. Ensuring customer
specification/requirements, product standards, BIM execution plan. Field
investigation work to determine existing project conditions. Limited
travel may be required. Assist with analysis, preparation and/or
modification of reports, specifications, plans, schedules, studies,
permits, and/or designs for projects. Attend both internal and external
project meetings. Developing probable construction cost estimates for
specific tasks within assigned projects. Support producing project
imagery and visualizations for use in documents and presentations.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD utilization including both Revit and
AutoCAD including BIM Modeling and BIM Coordination (Navisworks).
Proficiency in generating structural and architectural contract
documents. Strong initiative and a positive attitude. Ability to work
effectively with peers to resolve issues and implement change. Organized
and task-oriented, with attention to detail and follow through. Strong
technical and mechanical aptitude with attention to detail. Example
critical thinking, problem-solving skills. Demonstration of
computer-based skills: Microsoft Suite (Windows, Outlook, Excel), and
other 3rd party or in-house software. The ideal candidate will also have
some of the following: Experience with other disciplines including
Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing. Market Experience in
Manufacturing, Energy, Wastewater, Food & Beverage sectors. Experience
with other applications such as Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Sketchup, Bluebeam.
Education: Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or related
field from an accredited institution. Autodesk Application or other
CAD-Drafting Certification. Experience (With Degree): 4 Experience (No
