Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
Experience and Skills:
- Three years program/event project management experience or related sales meeting and event planning experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in event space, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings or weekends, if required by client needs.
Computer Skills: Proficient end user of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software a plus
