Job Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nursing Assistants (NAs) to join our team in Kaneohe. This individual will provide care and support for seniors in their own homes, allowing them to age with dignity and independence. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and flexible hours to accommodate for work-life balance.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and laundry
• Accompany clients on errands or appointments
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical and mental health to the appropriate parties
• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements:
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate and caring attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
