Busy dental office is seeking a customer-service oriented team member with a positive attitude. We have a strong team environment and long standing patient base of over 30 years!  Skill set should include: computer and telephone skills, ability to be resourceful and multi-task, strong time and information management skills, ability to  re-prioritize daily goals, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service.  Experience preferred but we're open to training the right person with strong soft skills previously listed. This is a floater position where we will teach you various administrative tasks including the appointment calendar, dental insurance, and other dental office related tasks. Programs include: MS Word, Excel, Publisher, and the dental software is Dentrix. Multi-line telephone system. Office environment is friendly, positive, and team oriented.  Given our long standing family-oriented patient base, staff must be courteous, respectful, and have a professional appearance.  

Hours are PRN and flexible and could look like half days, covering staff on vacation, or staff who volunteer as school coaches.  Pay DOE.
