Spherion is hiring entry level production workers for a local production facility in Wichita Falls. Please call the office for specific department/ shift availability.

Responsibilities:
Packing Department Job Responsibilities: Employee carefully cuts the mold off each soap stick, inspects for quality, and places in client specified container (typically coolers, sometimes barrels or boxes).

Topping Department Job Responsibilities: Employee will be topping off molds with soap solution.

Pouring Department Job Responsibilities: Employee moves carts of sticks and place finished goods in the designated area.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 10:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Detail-Oriented
Ability to work in a non climate-controlled environment
Ability to work as a team
Ability to manage time well
Move/transport products weighing up to 50 pounds

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Entry level; No experience required
Must submit to a drug screen.
