JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Accountabilities Will assume supervisory
responsibilities during supervisor absences Will become part of the
weekend and holiday overtime rotation Acting as Production Leader you
will be responsible for carrying out and following up on daily work and
manning adjustments within multiple manufacturing and assembly
departments. Advise and instruct assemblers and operators with machining
procedures on various types of equipment throughout several departments.
Maintain current position and assist supervisor when needed. Will
perform various other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school
diploma or equivalent GED required Associate Degree or enrolled student
preferred A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing
environment Machine Shop and Assembly Floor experience preferred Support
company KPI\'s and RBS initiatives throughout areas of the shop Possess
the ability to make timely and critical decisions to maintain flow
Ability to support constructive work relationships, communicating both
orally and in writing Ability to maintain an even demeanor in the face
of adversity and exemplify strong, confident, and fair leadership
Ability to use a computer with clear instructions and procedures Ability
