ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully,
an individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily. Responsible for key parts of the Order to Cash lifecycle
including management and oversight of Billing, Collections and Dispute
Management functions Drive the transition to a more integrated Order to
Cash function to ultimately include additional key functions Balance
ownership of delivering excellent customer experience with the ongoing
drive to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and other associated
metrics through both management of day-to-day activities as well as
oversight of targeted improvement initiatives Develop and deploy a
robust set of Order to Cash policies that combine customer-centricity
with good financial practices Safeguard the integrity of the order-entry
and billing processes to ensure complete capture of revenue, accurate
and timely billing Coordinate with Finance/Treasury to set, manage,
report, and analyze AR billing and collection targets Manage dispute
resolution escalations and work with respective department point of
contacts to quickly resolve collection roadblocks Develop a culture of
quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and
cost consciousness Provide strategic direction and operational
leadership for all O2C initiatives Analyze collection processes and
establishes best practices for all receivable types Ensure appropriate
training and knowledge transfer occurs across all relevant business
processes EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree in
Accounting/Finance or related discipline with MBA preferred. Minimum of
10 years\' relevant experience with 5 years in managerial role. Prior
experience in the industrials sector is preferred with knowledge of
construction contracts and project / service billing a clear advantage
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Able to manage, develop relationships
and negotiate at all levels of management Must be innovative, good
communication, presentation and analytical skills Ability to work under
pressure Ability to actively engage stakeholders, customers and staff to
ensure processes are executed consistently Strong interpersonal,
communication and negotiation skills SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This
position will supervise 5-8 subordinate managers and a total of up to
