The Position:
We are currently hiring a Site Facilities and Equipment Coordinator at our Cedar Falls location. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong customer service focus.
In this role, the candidate must work closely with project managers and field supervisors; is responsible for vehicle/equipment logistics, managing and prioritizing equipment flow, transporting equipment and materials to and from construction sites, and helping to maintain the facility throughout the year. Candidate must also actively engage in K&W Electric, Inc.’s safety policies, and provide a working example to employees.
K&W Electric, Inc. utilizes all types of construction equipment including bucket trucks, digger derricks, back hoes, skid steers, excavators, lifts, fleet vehicles, and more.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to manage vehicle/equipment status, location, and prioritize requests
Maintain inventory of equipment coming into and leaving the facility and varying construction sites
Transport equipment and materials to and from construction sites as needed
Load and unload semi-trailers and project trailers

Requirements:

A valid Class A CDL with ability to meet company driving standards
Successfully passing drug and background screenings

Salary is negotiable, based on qualifications: electrical knowledge and previous experience.
