    Key Responsibilities

    Member Support

    • Assist with membership campaigns, events, and communications.
    • Maintain member records in the CRM system.
    • Support research and preparation for member outreach.
    • Coordinate stewardship activities such as thank-you letters and updates.
    • Help create content for emails, social media, and the website.
    • Research potential members, partners, and opportunities.

    Coordination

    • Assist in onboarding and scheduling for programs and events.
    • Maintain records and ensure completion of documentation and training.
    • Serve as a point of contact, providing timely communication and support.
    • Assist with orientations and recognition efforts.
    • Collaborate with partners to match opportunities.


    Qualifications

    • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in management, marketing & communications, or a related field.
    • 0–2 years of experience in member services, coordination, or related work (internships or volunteer experience welcome).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
    • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning CRM/management systems.
    • Familiarity with Canva or other basic design tools is a plus.
    • Passion for community development and engagement.
