Salary: £27,166

 

 

Bonus:  15 % Performance Related Bonus

PERFORMANCE

 

  • Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging unbreakable relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
  • Visit independent retailers or major stores in your territory on a regular call cycle
  • Deliver world class customer service to customers and internal/external stakeholders
  • Meet daily/weekly distribution, availability, and visibility targets
  • Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
  • Negotiate increased space and maintain incremental displays
  • Maximise brand awareness, educate customers on new product opportunities, and implement in store activations
  • Breathe creativity into marketing initiatives with in-store execution and Point of Sale (POS)

 

COMPLIANCE

 

  • Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the approved brief, and complete interventions, where necessary, to maintain compliance
  • Ensure compliance of product availability on fixtures and chillers with correct prices displayed
  • Ensure correct execution of all new product launches
  • Feedback recommendations for the improvement of key promotional activity

 

DATA RECORDING AND REPORTING

 

  • Ensure all response data is recorded accurately
  • Take high quality photos of activity completed with concise descriptions

 

INSIGHT

 

  • Provide insightful and actionable feedback on market intelligence/competitor activity
  • Provide insightful feedback on any changes to retailer in store procedures/systems
  • Keep abreast of trends, news and information concerning the channel in which you are working

 

TECHNICAL

 

  • Analyse, understand and utilise intervention data to drive actions
  • Analyse data to determine dynamic in store visits
  • Utilise sales data, case studies and other material supplied to pre-sell upcoming activity to gain incremental stock orders and displays

 

ADMINISTRATION

 

  • Manage your journey plans in line with our briefing process
  • Ensure point of sale and promotional material is available in sufficient quantities to meet customer’s needs
  • Attendance at monthly team meetings

 

EXPERIENCE

 

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

 

  • Experience within FMCG, retail or a sales environment is preferred.  We will consider applications from motivated individuals with experience from other sectors.
  • Be enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand and have the drive and tenacity to succeed.
  • Be comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills along with strong interpersonal skills, including rapport building and influencing.
  • Proven selling skills and commercial acumen along with being self-motivated, determined and target driven.
  • We value experience over formal education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Travel 90-100%
