JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: The Logistics Coordinator III
(Hybrid) will work with international customers, distributors, and
representatives by serving as primary point of contact regarding the
import and export shipment process. This role will be responsible for
managing the overall logistics and compliance process for customers with
both import and export shipments. The ideal candidate for this role will
demonstrate a high level of critical thought and showcase an ability to
complete a varying degree of tasks with a high turn rate. Will also
handle all miscellaneous international customer requests. Seeking a
forward-thinking associate with problem solving and critical thinking
skills, as well as some degree of operational excellence. Major
Responsibilities: Manage the customer shipment process for assigned
international and export accounts from shipment readiness until delivery
at destination. Responsible for building strong customer relationships
and delivering customer-centric solutions. Works with internal partners
(Credit, Planning, Shipping, etc\....) to drive resolution on
customer-impacting issues. Works with internal teams with a high sense
of accountability and urgency. Prepare & ensure accuracy of export
documentation as required by country, such as but not limited to,
commercial invoice, packing list, government certificates, and provide
AES filings. Provides support in trade automation for sales order and
shipment holds. Receiving and responding to inbound telephone calls and
web/email inquiries from international customers, freight forwarders,
field sales and plant personnel. Assisting external and internal
customers with the international shipment process. Interface with
freight forwarders, carriers, brokers as well as internal field and
administrative personnel Dedication to 80-20 overserve strategies for
all responsibilities. Drives continuous improvement initiatives within
Logistics Department Successfully meets all KPI\'s given to the team
Collaborates with other teams to drive resolution/shipment on open order
reports Additional duties as assigned. Required Education / Experience /
Skills: High School diploma required. College degree preferred. 4-5
Years of related work experience in Import/Export field with general
knowledge and skill with International Logistics. Knowledge of US export
rules and regulations, free trade agreements, Incoterms, and
international banking documents. Strong Communication / Influencing
skills capable of maintaining positive internal /external relationships.
Proven ability to take on tasks and drive continuous improvements.
Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) NAV, SPEX, Tableau, and
Salesforce preferred. Consistently demonstrates situational adaptability
and resourcefulness. Knowledge of Aerospace and/or controlled parts\...
