Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Roustabout/Laborer to assist in plugging oil wells. The ideal candidate will have prior oilfield experience, though we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and committed to doing quality work. This position involves physical labor, working in various weather conditions, and requires someone who is comfortable getting their hands dirty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, inspect, and maintain equipment and tools
• Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and guidelines
• Drive company vehicles to job sites as needed (valid driver’s license required)
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust to changing work conditions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Oilfield experience preferred but not required
• Current and valid Kansas driver’s license required
• CDL license preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Reliable and punctual, with a team-oriented mindset
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools effectively
