| Required Skills: | Responsibilities and Duties:
o Plan machine utilizing work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, etc.
o Set up, program, and verify machines accordingly.
o Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting.
o Takes measurements, detects malfunctions, troubleshoots processes and reprograms
controls.
o Obtains raw material from warehouse as needed.
o Deburrs, buffs or sands parts to meet requirements to print specifications.
o Loads and operates machines.
o Sharpens and replaces worn tools.
o Adheres to quality assurance procedures and processes.
o Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
o Maintains equipment by routine maintenance requirements.
o Comply with all safety regulations, maintain clean and orderly work areas, and always
adhere to company OSHA safety guidelines. |

| Job Description: |
The fabricator is responsible for operating a variety of machines to fabricate
metal parts to specifications in a timely manner.
o Accountable for fabrication and layout on a variety of parts per job order or specifications.
o Sets up and operates machines to cut, bend, machine, or form parts with minimal
assistance.
o Operates a variety of shop equipment; drill press, band saw, CNC milling machine,
plasma table, overhead cranes, CNC hydraulic press brakes, tubing bender, etc.
o Operates forklift.
