Job Summary | The Library Administrative Assistant facilitates the smooth operation of the University Libraries’ administrative office while providing professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable support to library patrons. This position handles sensitive budget and personnel documents requiring a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. This includes managing the library budgets for McConnell Library and Radford University Carilion Library, maintaining financial records and facilitating purchases for each department. The position is also responsible for supervising the McConnell administrative office’s student assistants, as well as coordinating hiring for student assistants across McConnell departments. |
