Note: This position is under the Teamsters Local 455 Union.
Position Summary
Operate a tandem and/or single axle water truck on various construction
projects. Duties include but are not limited to: watering, wheel
rolling, and compacting base and sub-grade, performing proof-rolls, and
filling various pieces of paving equipment with water. When duties do not
require you to drive you will assist the crew in completion of the project.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement.
Knowledge and experience in the Asphalt Industry preferred.
Self-starter and punctual. Willing and able to work weekends and nights as
required.
Familiar with all FMCSA rules and regulations in the operation of a CMV. Able
to perform and document a Pre and Post Trip Inspection.
