Responsibilities Monitors the budget and approves expenditures
Communicates with customers to determine event details and requirements,
evaluates requests, recommends service plans and pricing, and provides
status updates Schedules logistics and secures resources for all aspects
of events including space, vendors, and staff; and coordinates details
and resolves operational issues Oversight of the operational needs of
the CFWC. Establishes and executes day-to-day operational functions and
goals of events to align with existing strategy Establishes and sustains
relationships with internal and external stakeholders Manage CFWC
website, ensuring accurate and appropriate content and making updates as
needed. Serve as supervising manager of University Event Coordinator
staff Lead special event audiovisual and technology resource for campus
and external special event clients Qualifications Required: Experience
working with customer service and direct client interaction Experience
with day-to-day management of a facility or operation. Must be able to
communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and interact
