    We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate/Service Tech to join our team in Westborough, Massachusetts. This role is integral in maintaining the incoming and outgoing product inventory as well as ensuring product accuracy and effectiveness in operation. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing troubleshooting, repair, refurbishment, and analysis on field return items, as well as a background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control. Position will support the service team and engineering team by providing information to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    · Troubleshoot defective parts and establish root causes resulting in repair

    · Follow test procedures and perform tests for associated parts or units

    · Adhere to standard shop practices to include; proper handling of ESD sensitive items and following workflow as directed by supervisor

    · Monitor field defect and wear trends to drive the creation of FAQs, Installation, Repair and Maintenance documents.

    · Assist in the process of creating test procedures for various parts and systems

    · Account for parts by properly packaging and tagging them for redistribution

    · Keep individual training updated

    · Communicate findings or problems with other team members and utilize data base to track them

    · Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products

    · Confirm proper and timely delivery of products

    · Perform shipments and Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts

    · Perform various inventory counts, enter relevant data in reports as needed

    · Ability to read and navigate electrical/mechanical schematics

    · Proficient with utilizing multi-meters, hand tools and wire repair tools

    · Ability to troubleshoot down to the IC level and perform necessary repairs a plus

    · Ability to occasionally lift at least 50 pounds

    · Ability to solder parts on PCBAs with IPC soldering certification preferred

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    · Proficient with reading and writing, engineering tech experience a plus

    · Medical Device experience

    · Experience working with ERPs
