Key Responsibilities:

  • Key and Technical Experience Product/Solution knowledge - Cisco UCCX/UCCE, Voice Gateways, Cisco CAD and Finesse Agent Desktop Applications, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence.

  • Have clear understanding of Cisco Voice network deployment models and should understand functioning of voice network devices.

  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools.

  • Recommend design updates and changes based on new features and functions to be introduced.

  • Good troubleshooting experience on Cisco IPT & IPCC Express/Enterprise.

  • Sound technical knowledge on SIP and interworking with media gateways UCCX scripting knowledge.

  • Liaising with the customer technical representatives.

  • Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer.

  • Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool Provide training and mentor existing team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of Cisco Call Manager

  • Bachelor degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Network Security

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)

  • Cisco Routing and Switching

  • Cisco UCCE

  • Cisco Voice

  • Voice over IP (VoIP)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in  California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
