JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description \*\*Successful hires for the Production
Maintenance Mechanic position will receive a \$1,000 sign on bonus after
60 days of employment! Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Job
Summary: Perform installation, repair and maintenance on all door and
wall equipment primary focus being any maintenance needs. Secondary
focus being to assist in any production needs. Primary Duties: Perform
responsive maintenance repairs as needed. Inspect and perform Pms as
needed on various machines for each department. Rebuild and overhaul
complete machines and troubleshoot machine components. Maintain and
repair plant systems to include plumbing, Chiller/Tower system, Material
Dryers, compressors, etc. Perform skilled fitting of bearing, spindles,
ways, etc. and align machine components. Perform basic electrical
repairs to machines and equipment. Diagnose and repair electrical /
electronic malfunctions. Must have knowledge/experience of Industrial
Electricity. Must have knowledge in lock out tag out and arc flash
procedures. Must understand and interpret blueprints, sketches and
layout drawings. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as scales,
calipers, dividers, levels, micrometers, etc. Instruct and guide
Production employees in a variety of assignments to maintain machine
quality & efficiency. Successfully complete major assignments on a
timely basis usually subject to inspection and check. Maintain clean,
orderly, and safe work areas. All other duties as assigned. Key
Responsibilities: Ability to demonstrate the following: Communicate with
a diverse team. Effectively communicate with IPC management including
Plant Manager, Supervisors, Leads, etc. Perform all tasks in a timely
and safe manner. Practice and promote SAFTEY Work with little or no
supervision. Support and maintain the P.M. program in its entirety. To
meet or exceed customer expectations Job Specifications: Requires a
broad knowledge of applied techniques in electrical / electronic and
mechanical maintenance and repair in an education equivalent to four
years of high school or trade school together. Five years of progressive
job instruction and shop experience to become familiar with materials,
techniques and procedures. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand,
walk, squat, bend, twist, crawl, kneel and climb. Ability to lift at
least 50 lbs. frequently and 75-100 lbs. occasionally. Excellent
coordination, repetitive use of hands for simple grasping, pushing, and
fine manipulation to perform mechanical repairs and assemblies. Good
