NY1527313 Camp Nurse
New York Elks Camp Bristol is looking for a Camp Nurse
New York Elks Camp Bristol is located on the shores of North Pond in West Monroe, NY
Responsibilities
- Keep a daily log of campers office visits
- Administer prescription and over-the-counter drugs when necessary
- Communication with parents and counselors of campers illness or injury
- Making sure inventory of First-Aid kits is supplied and maintained
- Maintain camper health forms/immunization records. Communicate with parents and medical offices if paperwork is incomplete
-Provide First Aid for:
Cuts, scrapes, and bruises
Bee stings
Other common camp injuries
Qualifications
- Licensed RN, LPN or EMT
- Current CPR certification
Work Hours
- Sunday - Friday
- Camp runs from June 29th to August 8th
Wage
- $600 per week plus room and board
