    • Proven experience in receptionist duties, including managing multi-line phone systems.
    • Familiarity with switchboard operations and handling calls across 1-10 lines.
    • Strong ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and courteously.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
    • A detail-oriented approach and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
